It means consumption of clear liquids that keep our energy level high while allowing the digestive system to relax from its continuous work.

Green grape smoothie recipe
Ingredients: 200 g green grape, 1/2 ripe avocado, 1/2 ripe banana, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tbsp cinnamon.
Peel the avocado and banana and chop into small pieces. Wash the grape and put all the ingredients into your blender. Blend for one minute. This green smoothie recipe will detoxify your body and give you an energy boost if you have it in the morning. It’s the right choice for those with a “sweet tooth” yet it doesn’t contain a lot of calories.
Bitter baby gourd shots
Ingredients: 1 small bitter gourd, 1 bunch of wheatgrass, 10 mint leaves, 10 spinach leaves, salt and lime (as per your taste).
Method: Clean and wash bitter groud, spinach, wheat grass, spinach and mint leaves. Place all ingredients into the blender ( I love NutriBullet blenders because of speed) and add some salt and lime. Add water to make the consistent mixture and blend for 20 seconds. You should consume it immediately while all the vitamins are still saved.
Cucumber green smoothie recipe
For this green smoothie recipe, you will need 2 cucumbers (medium size), 1 green apple, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 spoon honey.
Peel cucumber and apple and cut into small pieces. Put all the ingredients in the blende. Add some water to adjust consistency. Blend for about 20 sec (or longer, depends on your blender). Pour into small glasses and drink immediately. The sweetness of apple and honey and bitterness of the ginger make really an interesting and delicious combination.

To make this smoothie prepare 1/2 bunch of coriander, fresh mint leaves, 1 small peach, a pinch of rock salt and cumin powder.

Melon green smoothie recipe
You will need 1/2 melon, 1 small peach, 1 cup unsweetened soya milk, 1 tbsp cinnamon.
Put everything into your shaker and shake it for about 30 seconds. Then pour into some nice glass (you can even use a melon as glass as I did here and add peach ice cubes, you will get a summer feeling, LOL) and drink immediately. Again, it’s a sweet green recipe if is that what you prefer yet it that will do a lot for your body, health and skin.

Try this green smoothie detox diet for at least 2-3 days for good results. Plus try to consume energy drinks made of natural food (fruits, vegetables, herbs).
