My night skincare routine in three easy steps!
Do all women get silly as they moving forward “thirties”? Sort of. An appearance of the smallest wrinkle is a trigger for a “finding perfect cream” craze. At meetings with our “girls”, regular topics are Panthenol, Retinol, collagen, elastin, glycerin, hyaluronic and other ingredients that make that face cream better than the other one. Even the Scientific Conference can envy us. But we need to keep rocking with the good look, right? Thus, here I am presenting tips and products that I use in my night skincare routine in 3 easy steps. Let’s start, babe!
A. Make up removal and face cleansing
A fundamental step in efficient night skin care routine is to clean your skin properly. I know that you are tired or bored but if you are cleaning your face sloppy, the skin will not forgive you! You will just throw another layer of the products on the layer of makeup and dirt gathered from that day. Be diligent and use the “tools” that work best on your skin.
Dry skin requires more patience because it quickly loses its moisture. Use compact milk or oil to clean your face. Ideal cleansers for oily skin are lotions and gels that will bring PH balance to the skin. If you have mixed type, it is best to use mild cleansing milk which you will wash out from your face. I have mixed skin type that tends to be very oily sometimes, so
Top face cleansers…
I start my night skincare routine by removing makeup from my face in detail. Most of the time,
Almost every day
B. Upgrade your night skincare treatment!
Many women consider enough to clean the face before the bed, apply the cream and that is it! I am not saying this doesn’t work, but sometimes it is necessary to try products that will be an extra treat for your skin and help you to look even better. What I do after the first step is to gently tap a face tonic into the skin. This will shrink the pores and remove blackheads.
In the under eye area, I usually apply “Boots” hydrating eye cream that contains nourishing avocado oil. I like this eye cream because it has a soft texture and it is really light. Not only helps eyes to be moisturized and nourished but also reduces the appearance of puffiness. The delicate skin around the eyes feels soft, smooth and cared for. If you have a problem with puffy eyes, combine creams with extracts of algae that will nourish the skin and help against the wrinkles.
His majesty – serum!
C. Night cream, logically.
The third step is applying a night cream. Did you know that the temperature of the skin during the night is slightly elevated, so is the effect of the cream that is applied then much stronger? Therefore, the cream you apply on your face before bed must be the best! Good night care should refresh and nourish your skin, and make it smooth and glossy.
To get skin like that when you wake up in the morning, the cream should also contain oxygen to enrich it and refresh it. Night cream should help regenerate the skin cells because the skin is the organ that is most exposed to harmful external influences. Skin regeneration is the most intensive in the period from 11 PM to 4 AM in the morning. “Beauty sleep” is not just a myth!
Depending on my skin condition,
You must sleep, ok?
In the end, if you like to have beautiful skin you need to make sure it is healthy. You can spend an entire fortune on expensive products but if you do not sleep enough, results will not be good as you might expect. Sleeping should be your first and foremost priority In night skincare routine. If you want to look fresh and young. And not to use botox, of course. Go to bed at the same day if possible. Create ritual bedtime so that you can relax and prepare the body for sleep.
