B. Upgrade your night skincare treatment!
Many women consider enough to clean the face before the bed, apply the cream and that is it! I am not saying this doesn’t work, but sometimes it is necessary to try products that will be an extra treat for your skin and help you to look even better. What I do after the first step is to gently tap a face tonic into the skin. This will shrink the pores and remove blackheads.
In the under-eye area, I usually apply “Boots” hydrating eye cream that contains nourishing avocado oil. I like this eye cream because it has a soft texture and it is really light. Not only helps the eyes to be moisturized and nourished but also reduces the appearance of puffiness. The delicate skin around the eyes feels soft, smooth and cared for. If you have a problem with puffy eyes, combine creams with extracts of algae that will nourish the skin and help against the wrinkles.

The third step is applying a night cream. Did you know that the temperature of the skin during the night is slightly elevated, so is the effect of the cream that is applied then much stronger? Therefore, the cream you apply on your face before bed must be the best! Night skincare should refresh and nourish your skin, and make it smooth and glossy.
To get skin like that when you wake up in the morning, the cream should also contain oxygen to enrich it and refresh it. Night cream should help regenerate the skin cells because the skin is the organ that is most exposed to harmful external influences. Skin regeneration is the most intensive in the period from 11 PM to 4 AM in the morning. “Beauty sleep” is not just a myth!
